Estimate of $1,906,396, but less than the Revenue of 1892
by $158,798.
The estimated receipts of Revenue were
exceeded under every Head with the single exception of
"Water Account", the total collections under which fell

short of the estimated amount to the extent of $97.
The gross excesses and deficiencies under
Heads and Sub-leads, together with the Treasurer's
explanations of the same, are shown in the accompanying
"Detailed Statement of Revenue".
The examination of the Revenue Accounts was
conducted, under my direction, by the Local Auditor, a
copy of whose report dated 9th February last, is appended
hereto.
With reference to the arrears of Village
House Rents, referred to in paragraph 2 of his report, I
have recently been informed by the Loral Auditor that
matters have now been placed on a satisfactory footing.
